Chief Keith F. Hummel
 
Chief Hummel is responsible for administering and enforcing the rules and regulations of the Department, to prescribe the duties and assignments of all its members, and to develop policies and procedures to ensure that the Department operates in an efficient and orderly manner.  The Chief of Police reports to the Director of Public Safety.
 
 
 

 Captain Louis Bordi – Operations Division Commander

Captain Bordi is responsible for the overall management of the Patrol and Investigations Divisions.  He is responsible for the conduct and efficiency of the units under his command. The Commanders of these Divisions report directly to Captain Bordi. He supervises all Firearms Instructors and oversee firearms qualifications.  Captain Bordi also assists in Budget preparation, policy development and grant applications, and he also reviews crime analysis reports to determine if new crime trends have emerged.  Captain Bordi is also the departments Public Information Officer

Captain William Donnelly – Administration Division Commander

Captain Donnelly is responsible for the overall management of the Administration Division. He is responsible for the conduct and efficiency of the units under his command. 

The Records Bureau is responsible for collecting and managing this Department’s Records, which includes investigation reports, minor incident reports, criminal and non-criminal complaints, fingerprint cards, pistol permits, accident reports and handicap placards. Personnel assigned to the Records Bureau are responsible for preparing and submitting a monthly Uniform Crime Report to the New Jersey State Police.

Captain Donnelly is responsible for the overall supervision and management of personnel assigned to the Investigations Bureau.  He reviews all major cases and  ensures that each investigation is properly followed up to its logical conclusion.

Lieutenant Carmen Delpalazzo – Lieutenant of Patrol Bureau

Lieutenant Delpalazzo is responsible for the overall supervision and management of personnel assigned to the Patrol Bureau.  Lieutenant Delpalazzo is responsible for assigning personnel to shifts to ensure that proper coverage of the Township is done on a seven-day, 24 hour basis. Lieutenant Delpalazzo is also responsible for managing and supervising recruit personnel and the field training program.

Lieutenant Robert Woolston – Lieutenant of Services Bureau

Lieutenant Woolston is responsible for the overall supervision and management of personnel assigned to the Services Bureau.
