To acquire an initial Firearms Purchaser's Identification Card or a Permit to Purchase a Handgun, the following forms and application must be filled out and submitted with the appropriate fees to the Voorhees Police Department:
 
• State of New Jersey Firearms Application (revised July 2009)
• State of New Jersey Mental Health Consent Form
• Voorhees Township Firearms Application Letter
