IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURE FOR VOORHEES RESIDENTS
Please be advised that due to
heavy construction traffic at the Virtua Hospital construction site,
in the area of Rt. 73 and Dutchtown Road, on or about September 5,
2008, Dutchtown Road will be closed to through traffic. At
this time there is no scheduled date for the reopening of the
roadway.
The Lions Lake Facility will
remain open during the road closure and accessible from the northern
entrance of Dutchtown Road off of State Highway Rt. 73.
The Township Committee and the
Voorhees Police Department believe that the closure of the roadway
is necessary for the preservation of the public safety, health, and
