Lieutenant Brian Foster oversees the Patrol Bureau within the Operations Division. He provides operational oversight across several key functions within the Patrol Division, including supervision of the Patrol Unit, Canine Unit, and Bicycle Unit. He supports officer development through the Field Training Officer (FTO) Unit and serves as the department’s Military Leave Liaison. His administrative responsibilities include conducting body-worn camera (BWC) audits, managing vehicle maintenance operations, overseeing fleet inventory, and assisting with vehicle procurement to ensure operational readiness. Additionally, he serves as the department’s Benchmark Analytics liaison, helping to maintain data-driven accountability and performance monitoring.
